Spent my 20s playing music in bands Practical Rabbit, The Wounded Popes and The 20th Century F*xes.
Spent my 30s composing, drinking and working.
Took up martial arts in my 40s and gained a black belt in Karate (which I promptly gave up) and now also have a black sash in Hung Kuen kung fu along with grades in Wing Chun kung fu and Filipino martial arts.
I am now fully-focused on writing music again, for personal enjoyment, for anyone who wants to listen, and for sale on the internet.
